Marketing automation platform
The platform integrates the tools necessary to build personalized marketing: from email newsletters to a loyalty program with personalized offers for each customer.
The system features include multi-channel mailings: Email, SMS, Viber, Push in the application and on the site, loyalty management, promotions, bonuses and discounts, visual designer, personalization and product recommendations, control of the frequency of mailings. The platform uses machine learning algorithms to determine the best time to send emails to customers and customize product recommendations.
The platform is used in companies: X5 Group, Dodo Pizza, Burger King, L'Oréal, United Colors of Benetton, Panasonic, Peak, Cian.
