Platform for search and management of temporary staff
The platform is designed to search and manage temporary staff for one-time and regular part-time jobs. MyGig provides up to 30% cost reduction for search, registration, training and support of the self-employed.
The MyGig platform forms an ecosystem where employers find line staff. The recruiter creates an application on the platform, marks the points on the map where there is a shortage of labor, indicates the requirements for applicants, sets the amount of payment and publishes part-time jobs.
The performers, in turn, see a new offer in the application, study, book a part-time job and arrive at the right time. After the change, the performers quickly receive payment to the account in the application and can immediately withdraw it.
