Automated customer self-service point
The self-service point is an automated multifunctional device operating on the click and collect principle. It combines the functions of a checkout and vending machine, providing the end customer with the opportunity to use various services.
The service machine provides a wide range of contactless services, which can be accessed in various ways: from a mobile application or through a terminal. With the help of OmniHub, users can purchase ready-made food products, receive online orders from online stores, order food delivery thanks to the presence of modules with temperature control, both cold and heating, and use dry cleaning and repair services.
The hardware and software complex was developed and manufactured by OMNIC based on research at the University of Berkeley (California). The OmnicHub platform is open to partners.
