A p2b lending platform for legal entities
Penenza is a P2B platform which links borrowers directly to investors. Penenza does not involve banks or other financial intermediaries. Here individuals and entities can provide loans to legal entities.
All the loans are targeted. Investors and borrowers sign loan agreements in electronic form. To apply for a loan, the prospective borrower must fill in a form that includes personal data, company information and loan parameters. Penenza uses a special credit rating system to analyze the data and determine their creditworthiness, drawing upon approximately 400 parameters. A rating is then assigned within 24 hours.
Investors also need to register on the site and must lend at least 5 thousand roubles to participate. The investor’s return is dependent on the grade of the loans they invest in.
The lower the grade, the higher the maximum potential fixed return for the first month and subsequent annual rate, commencing from the 31st day of the month.
