Customer analytics service
The system is included in the “Mail.ru for business” platform’s product line. Predictive analytics is a service for solving customer analytics problems. The system uses mathematical models insights are generated.
Using these insights, the subscribers of the service can get an opportunity to segment their customers, for example, by their interest in buying the product, preferred communication channel and outflow probability. The models can also be used to create audience segments of advertising campaigns on the internet.
