The system can be used regardless of clinic’s geographic distribution, the input data is drawn into a single database for real-time processing and planning. By activating chatbots in the system, clinics can respond to patients’ routine requests in a timely manner. Portable devices considerably expand response and prevention opportunity. 

In November 2018 Robomed Network announced the launch of the first version of its platform with an open distributed register of data on medical service provision.
