
Robot-recruiter and chatbot for HR process automation
Telephone robot and chatbot facilitate the work of HR department recruiters in selecting candidates for popular vacancies. robotHR accepts incoming calls on open vacancies, offers suitable options, conduct interviews and assigns the first day of work. Robot can independently call candidates on the list, conduct a questionnaire and interviews with retired employees.
Chatbot receives messages from candidates in social media and messengers or contacts them itself (email, SMS, messengers), after that it interviews them just like a telephone robot does.
