Multifunctional smart home system allows to combine all system in the house in a single platform: lighting, climate, safety, energy saving and devices management.

The features of the system include: smoke, gas and leakage sensors, automatic water shutoff is case of leaks, instant SMS notification, remote control via mobile application, control of radiators, floor mounted convectors, underfloor heating, heating in a country house, air conditioning, automatic temperature maintaining in each room, remote climate control, management of any lighting type, motion and door opening sensors, video surveillance, media system management.

Domopult

The system links residents, service contractors and property management company. Resident or tenant enters meter readings in the mobile app, the operator manages requests and delivers them to the contractors, and the management company monitors the work of the whole ecosystem.



Residents can contact the management company to report the problem that has emerged.

Smart house is managed via Yandex.Station or the app with Alisa voice assistant. The system includes a smart remote control, a smart plug and a smart light bulb. Smart house also operates with smart bulbs, plugs and home appliances from third-party producers (Philips, Redmond, Rubetek, Samsung and Xiaomi).

You can change smart bulb’s colors and the light intensity, smart plugs allow to control electric power supply, smart remote control makes it possible to transmit voice commands to the TV set and air conditioner via infrared port. There are various scenarios for managing several devices at once.
