System for dispatcher services automation
This system is aimed at increasing the efficiency of work of managing companies, local building-utilities administrator offices (housing management centers), chief engineer’s offices and other departments responsible for exploitation, monitoring and maintenance of housing and non-housing premises. This system automates acceptance and processing of requests for both preventive works and for tackling the detected problems. Requests can be send online or can be accepted by the manager.
Processing of the request includes the following steps: registration, classification, appointing an executor or summoning a contracting organization, appointing delivery dates and delivery dates control, accumulating information about problems emerging, its analyzing to forecast the recurrence if the situation and managerial decision-making.
