A recruiter creates a job vacancy on VCV and sets interview parameters: makes a list of questions, set the time allocated for an answer to question.

Then the recruiter uses a special page to send invitations to video interviews via SMS or email to the potential candidates he or she finds outside the system.

A candidate click at the link in the invitation and records video answers. The recruiter views them and invites the best candidates to an interview.

All videos are stored on the VCV server. They can be seen an unlimited number of times.
