Voximplant Avatar allows you to integrate NLP functionality into communication with clients, set up intelligent IVR, voice assistants and chat bots.

The solution uses its own natural language processing algorithms to classify the intentions of customers, extract and process the necessary information, and build a further communication scenario based on this.

Avatar is available in English and Russian, with future support for Spanish and Portuguese. The beta version of the product is provided free of charge.
