Beeline is negotiating the purchase of the Moscow OTM group, which owns a technology platform for the automation and planning of online advertising purchases. This was reported by Vedomosti with reference to a source in the media agency working with the platform.
OTM confirmed to the publication that the deal is in its final stage, Beeline is interested in acquiring "more than 51%" in the company. According to the source of Vedomosti, the head structure of the operator - Veon - has already applied to the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia (FAS) for approval of the transaction.
The OTM platform allows programmatic advertising on mobile devices and stationary computers. To target ads, OTM uses big data tools collected from various sources.
