‘Big Data Platform’ company (joint venture of VTB and Rostelecom) has developed and is currently implementing the first universal geoplatform in Russia based on the analysis of depersonalized data using machine learning methods. Data from banking sector, telecom and digital services is used for analysis.
The platform allows to forecast demand, client flows and other factors to make decisions on the location of the retail outlets, offices, advertising objects, and also to evaluate the investment attractiveness of buildings and land plots. It is available in 50 cities in Russia.
