Lanit sold a 25% stake in Dashboard Systems, the creator of BoardMaps. The assets were acquired by the software developer iDeals.

The deal took place in accordance with the investment strategy, according to which Lanit develops startups. The parties did not disclose the cost of the agreement.

BoardMaps is a software solution for automating the activities of collective management bodies of large companies and holdings. Following the transaction, the product plans to expand the iDeals corporate governance portfolio and will be able to strengthen its position in the international market.
