NFWare (resident of Skolkovo), the developer of virtualized networking software for telecom operators and Internet companies, has attracted $1.4 million in investments.
The funds were received from a group of investors including Softline Venture Partners, Plug and Play Ventures and business angels from Google Research. The funding round was also supported by Sistema_VC and other current NFWare investors: Almaz Capital and Maxfield Capital.
The company will use the funds received to expand the product line for processing network traffic. The startup plans to introduce new products to the market this year.
NFWare was founded in 2014. The company's offices are located in Moscow and California. According to its own data, the company's clients include two of the ten largest international mobile operators, telecom operators in the USA, Europe and the Asia-Pacific region. In Russia, the company's clients are Tinkoff Mobile and Mail.ru Group.
