• MTS: 19.13 Mbps and 6.75 Mbps;
• Tele2: 19.13 Mbps and 6.29 Mbps;
• Beeline: 18.72 Mbps and 8.44 Mbps.

In Moscow, the median download speed of MegaFon reached 41.73 Mbps, and the upload speed was 8.75 Mbps; the speed rates of other operators are:

• MTS: 30.54 Mbps and 11.59 Mbps;
• Tele2: 17.01 Mbps and 6.23 Mbps;
• Beeline: 29.04 Mbps and 15 Mbps.

Average median download speed in Russia is 21.05 Mbps, and the median upload speed is 7.74 Mbps, according to the study prepared by Ookla.
