Service-Telecom, which operates cellular towers, may hold an IPO within the next two years. According to Kommersant, citing sources, the value of the asset will exceed $1 billion with shares worth at least $400 million offered for placement.
Nikolay Berdin, the CEO of Service-Telecom, confirmed the company's plans to enter the public market in the "mid-term". According to him, the choice of stock exchange will depend on where the company receives the highest rating.

Earlier it was announced that Service-Telecom agreed with the VEON holding (the parent company of Beeline) on the acquisition of the National Tower Company and about 15.4 thousand antenna mast structures. The closing of a deal estimated at $965 million (70.65 billion rubles) is expected the fourth quarter of 2021.
