Service-Telecom, which operates cellular towers, may hold an IPO within the next two years. According to Kommersant, citing sources, the value of the asset will exceed $1 billion with shares worth at least $400 million offered for placement.

Earlier it was announced that Service-Telecom agreed with the VEON holding (the parent company of Beeline) on the acquisition of the National Tower Company and about 15.4 thousand antenna mast structures.
