Rostelecom will spin off the tower infrastructure into a separate company. At the same time, a quick sale of the asset is not planned.

The restructuring will also affect the company's other branches: data center and cloud services, information security, streaming services, cyber-gaming business and intelligent telecom services. In the future, an IPO is planned for some of them, but the exact dates have not been named.

In October 2021, MTS has spun off its Tower Infrastructure Company. Earlier, the decision to sell its tower assets was made by Beeline, followed by Megafon's deal to separate its tower assets.
