The government, together with developers and industry companies, including Yandex and Rostelecom, will develop a standard for smart apartment buildings.

The list of services that will make it possible to call a house or apartment smart will include a platform for monitoring all services, a system for recognizing faces and car numbers, and systems for monitoring housing and communal services infrastructure. The expanded solution package will include a concierge robot, a delivery robot, a cleaning robot, and other digital workers.

According to a Kommersant source, the primary task is "to approve uniform standards for the organization of intelligent systems." In this case, companies will use common data exchange protocols and similar solutions to create a single digital environment. The potential domestic market of smart devices for apartments and houses was estimated at $1.9 billion (150 billion rubles) in year.
