Forbes ranked the best employers in 2021.

The compilers have abandoned the numbering in the ranking. Instead, the companies were divided into four groups: "Platinum", "Gold", "Silver" and "Bronze", depending on the points scored. The best in the IT categories are:

• Sberbank, Yandex, VK Group (platinum);
• Kaspersky Lab, ABBYY (gold);
• Lanit, Aitarget, Naumen (silver).

Top Rated telecoms are:

• Beeline, MegaFon, MTS, Rostelecom (gold).

There were no IT and telecom employers in the bronze category.

This is Forbes' third rating of the best employers in Russia, which includes 104 companies. This year, not only the benefits package, average wages and working conditions were taken into account, but also the ecological footprint of companies and their impact on society.
