According to TelecomDaily, the number of broadband Internet subscribers in Russia has grown by 290 thousand in the second quarter of 2020 and reached 33.79 million subscribers. The growth in the number of new contracts in the first quarter in relation to the the end of 2019 is 0.5%, and the growth in the second quarter in relation to the first quarter is 0.9%.
Rostelecom holds 36% of the market, ER-Telecom and MTS hold 11% each, Beeline - 8%, TTK - 6%, other broadband providers together hold 28% of the market.
