Tinkoff employees are currently testing the messenger in the super-app. The first version of the service will be launched in the coming weeks.
Messenger users will be able to exchange text and voice messages, files and transfer money. Moreover, the messenger also provides “lifestyle services” of Tinkoff ecosystem - for example, a chatbot for selecting plane tickets and others, Tinkoff VoiceKit technology will also be built into the messenger, it allows to convert voice to text and synthesize speech from text.
Tinkoff launched its super-app on the basis of the mobile bank in December 2019.
