USM Telecom (part of the USM holding) has acquired 99% of the Forpost Group from X-Holding. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Forpost combines 8 participants of the IT market, which are engaged in system integration, information security, digital transformation of large enterprises, etc. Among them are Talmer, Next Soft, Korvet Development, JSA Group, Cometrica, and NLogic.

In October 2021, Anton Cherepennikov, the founder of X-Holding, announced plans to buy it from USM Telecom. Then it was reported that only those assets that were necessary for the development and functioning of the telecom business would remain in USM.
