Digital Banking Maturity, global digital banking study by Deloitte, analyses digital retail banking channels of 318 banks from 39 countries. In order to compare digital maturity between banks we assessed three components: functionalities benchmarking, customer needs research and user experience study.
Russia entered the top ten countries - leaders in global digital banking, along with countries such as Japan, Singapore, Norway, Spain, Belgium, Turkey, Poland, Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
