The research conducted by iKS-Consulting agency showed that the Russian market of tech smart city solutions equaled to 81 billion rubles in 2018. (+8% vs 2017). 93% of expenditures on smart city systems account for Moscow, 2% – Saint Petersburg, 5% – other regions.
 
Analysts forecast that the market volume will reduce to 77.1 billion rubles in the next two years. In particular, Moscow will reduce the expenses on some niches within the smart city concept in 2019-2020.
