The operator can monitor all the parameters of the installed smart waste bins, such as location, type, fill-level, battery level and current errors. Via a tablet or a smartphone a garbage truck driver receives a task with the number of trash bins he has to empty. The app creates an optimal route considering traffic congestion. After the task is fulfilled the driver marks it as “finished” via a device.
