Business management service


The business management service consists of five blocks, one of which is a classic CRM. It is extended by four more services:

  • The contact center collects all customers’ applications by phone, in social networks, instant messaging services and other channels. All of them are sent to Bitrix24 and processed by the company’s employees.
  • CRM marketing analyzes the customer base and divides it by segments. Marketing specialists can quickly personalize offers for each segment, create mailing lists and targeted advertising.
  • CRM analytics helps generate reports on data about leads and deals. The top manager can quickly view the sales funnel and see the contribution of every manager to his business. Any indicator in the report can be seen in detail.
  • The end-to-end analytics will show the efficiency of ever advertising channel. The top manager will be able to see the complete business picture: from budget to traffic source to the cost of every deal.
