The assessment of the degree of tumor malignancy is made in the form of a density map (probability density map) that represents a visualization of a mathematical probability algorithm assessment of tissue (pixels) as neoplastic. It produces a probability map where the objects with maximum probability assessed as malign are highlighted in red.&nbsp;

Several Moscow-based projects were included in the list of winners of the Technological Breakthrough Prize this year. They were awarded three nominations.

 
 In the nomination "Overcoming Barriers and Opening New Opportunities (Markets)" the best were medical exoskeletons from ExoAtlet, as well as the project of the NTI Competence Center based on Skoltech to develop standards for OpenRAN telecommunications equipment.

 
 The Botkin.AI AI platform for diagnostics and risk analysis of disease development using AI and the successful testing of the Seadrone rescue drone were awarded in the nomination “Project with the highest potential for use (including export)”.

 
 In the nomination "Breakthrough in the development of new materials and technologies" the best was the project of an interuniversity quantum network from the NTI Competence Center "Quantum Communications" based on NUST MISIS. In the same category, a software platform for developers of quantum algorithms from the NTI Competence Center based on Moscow State University was awarded.

Projects of Skoltech, Moscow-Based Universities and Companies Win the Technological Breakthrough 2021 Award

Botkin.AI, a platform for analyzing medical images, became the only Russian project that made it to the finals of the <a href="https://entrepreneurshipworldcup.com/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">Entrepreneurship World Cup (EWC)</a> competition. The final stage will take place in December 2021 in Saudi Arabia. 25 finalists will present their projects to potential clients and investors. The cash prize for the first place will be $500,000, $250,000 for the second, and $100,000 for the third.

Moscow-Based Startup Botkin.AI Reaches EWC Finals

Moscow-based startups Botkin.AI, VR Concept and BumbTech have won the national finals of the <a href="https://entrepreneurshipworldcup.com/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">Entrepreneurship World Cup (EWC)</a> and will take part in the international competition. The tGELF foundation announced this on its Facebook page, VR Concept confirmed. In total, 12 teams took part in the Russian national finals.
