DM Mobile Dashboards collects and analyzes from internal and external databases the information about an employee, including his competencies and such characteristics as: career achievements and successes, responsibility and independence, the ability to work in a team, relations with his team lead, personal growth.
An employee’s personal card displays his bio, competencies, kin relations, as well as access from the application to the profiles in social networks: Vkontakte, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Odnoklassniki. The application allows you to plan employee potential growth and select the most suitable candidates in accordance with specified job vacancies and required competencies.
The system offers an opportunity to display the company’s staff statistics and its structure, showing the number of vacancies in subdivisions, as well as the hierarchy of employees and their current level of competencies.
