OneChat automates client support using chat bots on the basis of artificial intelligence and omnicanality. The bot recognizes speech and is able to generate answers to model questions, if the question is too complicated, the system will switch the client to the operator, the bot accepts and calculates applications, makes changes in them according to the client’s request, offers suitable services and goods. The service provides personalized marketing, conducts questionnaires and surveys and sends notifications.
