
Chatbot for hotels
The chatbot provides information and hotel services, answers current questions, provides background information, room service, helps to order a transfer or taxi, provides self check-in at the hotel and has foreign language versions.
The system is integrated with most of the popular PMS (Opera, Logus, Epitome) and is available in Facebook Messenger, Telegram, Viber, Yandex Dialogs, WhatsApp.
