Doctor Nearby telemedicine service includes video consultations with doctors, comprehensive diagnostics of health status based on the results of clinical trials in partner laboratories, drawing up a healthy nutrition program, as well as child psychologist services.
The service provides an opportunity to get a second expert opinion on the diagnosis and prescribed treatment from specialists in Moscow clinics. The system uses an artificial intelligence-based chatbot that identifies patient complaints and allows to make an appointment with a specific doctor.
In 2018, the analytical agency Business Drom assessed the quality of the service and assigned it A1 level raiting, the highest level of quality.
In 2020, the service began providing remote consultations within the framework of the compulsory health insurance system for residents of Kaluga, Sakhalin, Nizhny Novgorod, Ivanovo, Ulyanovsk regions, and the Republic of Tatarstan.
In 2020, the Doc + telemedicine service and the Doctor Nearby medical company merged. As part of the deal, Doctor Nearby received the Doc + technology platform, as well as the technologies on the basis of which Doc + developed a chatbot and a medical record control system.
