I-EMS is intended for effective control and accounting of generation, distribution and consumption of power, thermal power and other utilities. The systems aim is also to help accumulate necessary information in time for solving economic and technological problems.

I-EMS is an open distributed multilevel automated system. It uses Microsoft SQL Server to store normative-reference information and utilities production and consumption data. I-EMS has a modular structure, which ensures the steady introduction of the system, the following modernization and expansion without changing the software and the general structure.
