A PBX for business tasks works via the Internet and does not require connection to traditional telephone communication channels. It allows to use landline numbers, as well as toll free numbers - with codes 8-800 (for free calls) and short numbers with a prefix (for free calls from mobile phones).
MANGO OFFICE is technically capable of providing on-line support for up to 100 connections at one time, which guarantees the possibility of servicing an intensive flow of incoming and outgoing calls. It distributes incoming calls among internal subscribers according to the schemes configured by the administrator, routes calls using voice menus and autoinformers.
It also saves the history and statistics of calls and has a special analytical inventory for assessing the quality of related business processes. It includes the functionality of automatic recording of conversations with built-in tools for analyzing their content (speech analytics). Direct integrations with more than 150 CRM systems and other business applications are implemented.
