RBK.money is a platform providing money transfer services in various ways, such as internet acquiring, mobile and online payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay contactless payments, VISA and MasterCard bank cards, trade acquiring, autopayments.

RBK.money combines several companies that provide payment acceptance services for online businesses and individuals. “Electronic payment service” NGO (licensed by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation) and Direct Payment Limited (licensed by FCA UK) allows to work with clients all over the world.

Russian Railways has proposed developing national standards for quantum communication technologies and the quantum Internet of Things.

 
 Among the initiative participants are Russian Railways, Skoltech-based Competence Centers of the National Technology Initiative (NTI), the Technical Committee 194 for Cyber-Physical Systems (TK 194) and the Technical Committee 26 for Cryptographic Information Protection.

 
 The first versions have already been developed for two standards in the field of quantum communications and four standards for quantum Internet of Things. In particular, the first draft of the quantum communications standard contains terms and definitions (for example, the concepts of “quantum information”, “quantum bit” (qubit), “quantum key distribution”, etc.). The second draft establishes “general provisions in the field of quantum communications, principles of information transmission through quantum channels, basic approaches to the construction of quantum communication networks and their use for quantum key distribution in secure communication networks”.

 
 The creation of standards was prescribed by the roadmap for the development of quantum communications dated August 27, 2020, which is supervised by Russian Railways as part of the Digital Economy national program.

 
 Public discussion of the draft documents will continue until September 30, 2022.

Russian Railways Proposed Creating National Standards for Quantum Technologies

RBC media holding has completed a deal with RU-WEB.Investments for the sale of 100% of the domain registration service RU-Center Group (operates under the brands Ru-center, R01 Registrar and SpaceWeb).

 
 As a result of the agreement, RBC received 25% in RU-WEB.Investments, another 75% went to a consortium of investors (the leader is the investment company Proxima Capital Group). RBC also received cash from the sale of Ru-center, with the exact amount not disclosed.

 
 The CEO of RBC Nikolay Molibog noted the investment attractiveness of RU-Center Group. “We view RU-Center Group as an investment case: we not only keep the asset within RBC holding, but also get new partners and resources for its full-fledged development”.

 
 The new company is expected to build a digital ecosystem of services for small and medium-sized businesses and increase business capitalization not through domains and hosting, but through services, Molibog said.

 RBC became the owner of the main asset of RU-Center Group in 2012, having bought out the stake for $12.6 million (920 million rubles). At the end of 2020, the revenue of the Digital Infrastructure segment, which included RU-Center, amounted to $36.3 million (2.64 billion rubles). RBC Sells Domain Registration Service Ru-Center

Media holding RBC is planning to sell the Digital Infrastructure for Business segment, which is based on the hosting provider Ru-center. Preliminary agreement on the sale has already been signed, but the name of the buyer has not been disclosed yet. The amount of the transaction will be approved by September 20 this year.

 
 It also clarifies that the sale plan was approved back in April. At the same time, the search for a potential buyer began.
