VOCORD Parking S allows to recognize license plate number, fixate parking violations, export data to the Centre for automated recording of traffic offences, check license plates in the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate databases. From the moment the violation was registered, it takes no longer than 10 seconds for the Centre for automated recording of traffic offences to receive the data.

How it works: a reversing IP camera is mounted in the area of paid open parking or bridge where parking is prohibited. It controls the parking lot, moving and fixing every vehicle and license plate in the control zone. For each car the system develops the data on the place and time of taking photographs, GPS/GLONAsS coordinates and the time spent on the parking lot and the video from control zone.

On paid parkings VOCORD Parking S is integrated with automated system of payment collection.

VOCORD Traffic allows to recognize license plate numbers; fixate traffic violations on straight sections, at crossroads, railroad crossings by taking photos and recording video; check the vehicle in the external databases; detect the vehicle in the monitored area; define the location, trajectory and speed of the vehicle; upload the data to the data storage and processing center and the Centre for automated recording of traffic offences, collect road traffic statistics and protect the data in the system.

 To detect the violations on straight sections of the road VOCORD Cyclops are used, they control from two to four lanes of traffic in one or two directions. VOCORD NetCam4 cameras and also video surveillance cameras are mounted at crossroads to recognize the license plate numbers. To detect “Crossing stop line” and “Driving through a red light” violations the system connects to the traffic lights controller and uses a video analytics algorithm of traffic signal recognition.

To process data from cameras and VOCORD Cyclops a switchboard cabinet with an inbuilt VOCORD SSCross server is used. It ensures electricity supply to the control station and the protection of communications and power supply lines. The data from the station is automatically uploaded to the archive server with Traffic Archive software installed and then exported to the Centre for automated recording of traffic offences.

VOCORD ParkingControl can recognize the vehicle license plate number, fixate parking violations,&nbsp; and check the license plate numbers in the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate databases. The system ensures automation of the vehicle access control procedure, control over the actions of the guard, facility attendance analysis and video recording in case any disputes arise.

How it works: IP cameras, that are installed at the entrance and exit (for a standard checkpoint), recognize the license plate number and record it in the archive with all the information about the date, time and place of entry. The information about the vehicle is displayed on the guard’s monitor together with an entry allowed/entry not allowed mark, and the recognized license plate number, photo of the vehicle and a close-up photo of the plate number, color indicator showing if the vehicle to a specific category and comments.

 If the vehicle is on the list of vehicles permitted to enter the territory, the system automatically raises the turnpike, or the turnpike rises on the command of the guard. The guard can also add a new vehicle to the list at the moment of entry. If entry is unauthorized, it is displayed in the system log.

The system is supplied either as a ready for setup unit (camera, server, preinstalled software), or as a software with recommendations for equipment selection. VOCORD ParkingControl software is based on the Vocord Tahion software for video surveillance and video analytics and uses its basic server modules. The system is intended for automatic recognition of license plate numbers and vehicle control in parking lots, on business center territories, in residential compounds and at secured facilities.

The system is built into the on-board electrical system of the truck and is connected to a common diagnostic line. The tracker reads the state of operational parameters and transfers the collected data via cellular communication to the service center. A fuel level sensor is installed in the fuel tank to prevent unauthorized handlings of gasoline.

The system provides improved performance of the car by monitoring the driver. In the future, ITIS-KAMAZ will be able to remotely diagnose and evaluate the remaining vehicle life. If a breakdown occurs on the road, the system will assess the failure scale and recommend the driver to wait for the tow truck, go for repair independently or finish the route.

The service is created for taking a test drive in Moscow within the MRHW. Unlike regular test drives, a potential car buyer does not need to visit dealership centers as the car of the selected brand will be delivered to the address at the appointed time. An accompanying project consultant doesn’t impose a car purchase.

After completing the test drive, the driver can evaluate the characteristics, appearance of the car and the quality of the test drive and share the evaluation with friends.&nbsp;The main objective of the project is to help the customer get acquainted with the car he is interested in and make an informed choice of model.

OKO is an intelligent system controlling the drivers concentration while driving based on the machine vision and AI technologies. The system is based on a contactless continuous tracking and driver’s eyes and head movement recognition system. The equipment together with algorithms made it possible to practically fully eliminate false alarm possibility and make the system user-friendly. OKO notifies the driver with a warning or an alarm signal. The system transmits the informations about the driver’s condition to the operator, who can order to have a break at work and accumulates alarm statistics.

Using guru.taxi the driver can choose a car to work as a taxi driver and to connect to the order service; the taxi company can place their offers there. Guru.taxi is based on piecework system, the service provides official employment in the taxi company, driving your own car and receiving orders from any taxi service. More that 250 taxi companies are using the service (Gett, Uber, Yandex.Taxi, etc.).

To start using the service the driver has to fill in a form on the service website. When creating an account, the system considers the rating in the other systems, job experience, previous orders history and the availability of a valid driving license. Guru.taxi includes a web version, mobile version and an app.

Willz provides OSAGO and KASKO car insurance, car registration, payment of duties, annual transport tax payment, undergoing tech inspection, support in insurance events, changing tires and their storage.

To use the service the user has to fill in a form, submit a photo or a scan of the passport and the driving license. The user can change a car once a month to any car model that is available at the moment.&nbsp;

To subscribe to Willz the user has to pay a membership fee and pay for car rent, which includes costs for maintenance, taxes and insurance. The driver has to be over 25 years old and have 5 or more years of driving experience.

A Russian Federation citizen over 25 years old, who successfully passed the ability to pay scoring, can be subscribed for a car. After the subscription the initial instalment is not required. The client has to take his car from Volvo service center (initially only several Volvo centers from Moscow and Moscow Region are involved in the program).
