According to Ookla’s research: 

• MegaFon is Russia's Speedtest Awards Winner for mobile network speed during Q1-Q2 2020. To win this award, MegaFon achieved a Speed Score of 24.43, with average download speeds of 32.79 Mbps and average upload speeds of 13.22 Mbps on Modern Chipsets. Megafon has consistently provided the fastest mobile network speeds in Russia from 2017 through 2020.
• 2nd place — MTS with a Speed Score of 15.29 with average speeds of 20.54 Mbps for download and 8.55 Mbps for upload. 
• 3rd place — Beeline  with a Speed Score of 14.30 with average speeds of 18.68 Mbps for download and 10.58 Mbps for upload.
