Platform for managing customer experience using AI
Customer Engagement Platform combines such technologies as voice and text service automation, speech recognition and synthesis, voice and speech biometrics, and speech analytics.
Conversations received by the contact center are automatically converted into text and analyzed by intelligent algorithms. Based on the statistics obtained, it is possible to identify repetitive questions, create a script for a voice or text robot, and therefore reduce the load on operators. The platform also covers provision of services offline in offices, sales outlets and checkout areas: special badges and microphones help to analyze the speech interaction of clients and staff, detect deviations from service standards, update sales scripts and train staff based on real calls.
The platform is suitable for large businesses, government agencies, retail and manufacturing companies, where interaction with customers and simplification of internal processes are required.
