The service allows to sign e-documents (including legally significant ones) via mobile phone or tablet. 

To use the service a special SIM card with a software set on it is required (binding e-signature certificate)&nbsp;

The user receives a message on his phone or tablet with a short extract from the document to endorse. The user has to decide to “reject” or “sign” the document and confirm the action by inputting the PIN code. An encrypted SMS channel that protects the signature from risks of unauthorized application is used for signing. 

Megafon’s project partner is CryptoPro company.

The system identifies clients by checking their identity documents in mobile, desktop and server apps. The solution extracts data in the video stream from the passport of the Russian Federation, SNILS, driving licenсe, vehicle registration certificate; the system also recognizes photos and document scans. &nbsp;

Smart IDReader determines the type of the document, recognizes text and machine readable zones (MRZ), finds a photo and a signature. Moreover, Smart IDReader allows to recognize 1D barcodes.

The system monitors the process of recognition and warns the user about the possible mistakes. Smart IDReader uses operative memory (does not create copies or transmit data for processing via internet to the cloud or server)

In June 2018 <a href="«http://smartengines.ru/news74/">a new version</a>&nbsp;of the system, Smart IDReader 2.0 was released .&nbsp; It was created using deep sparse discrete neural networks, it can recognize official documents, A4 format documents in a video stream or image and deals with random camera angles. The new version provides an opportunity to recognize a handwritten passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation.

VOCORD FaceControl 3D works using stereocameras that take two pictures simultaneously from different angles.

VOCORD FaceControl detects and identifies people from video cameras online and in databases of images, automatically saves all identified faces in an archive, instantly notifies an operator about the appearance of a wanted person, identifies age and gender, performs analytics of visitors for marketing reports. The system allows you to deploy a face recognition system both on common IP cameras and specialized cameras VOCORD NetCam4.

NetCam4 K series cameras are used for face recognition on the fly. They are installed at entrances or in places of organized passage: pedestrian crossings, queues, turnstiles. These cameras automatically detect the faces of all people it captures, take a photograph of them and sendsthem to the server of VOCORD FaceControl over the network where they save them in an archive and check them in databases of wanted people. If the system finds a match with an image from a database of wanted people, it will immediately sendsan alert to the operator.

For access control and time attendance and management, any IP cameras and even web cameras can be used. The recommended camera resolution – from 1 MP (the distance between the pupils is at east 40-50 pixels).

SWiP application allows to pay for purchases using selfies using Selfie2Pay payment solution. After downloading the application and linking the bank card, the application asks the user to take a photo. Face biometric data is used for payment. Cameras installed at sales outlets read biometric parameters of the client’s face (creates a 3D model of the customer's face). To confirm the payment the client needs to look into the camera.
