Chatbot creation system
The chatbot creation service in a mobile application where a user contacts a Support specialist via a chatbot and can send a text, photos, location and links. Every new request creates a ticket in the system which is automatically assigned to a free operator. The operator receives a notification in a browser and responds to the user.
When the issue is resolved, the operator says goodbye to the user and closes the ticket.
The administrator of the support service can perform the role of an operator, responding to all tickets forwarded to him, as well as the roles of a manager with the option of viewing operators’ all dialogs and statistics. The administrator can create new operators and suspend access to the system for current operators.
