Skorozvon is a service for making cold calls, which allows sales office to call clients from the database. It comprises telephony for solving tasks of personal communication with clients and CRM system for managing full-time staff and remote employees, effectively dealing with clients and controlling sales.
Using Skorozvon, one manager can make up to 250 calls a day. The service predicts the time when the manager will end the call and calls other contacts in advance, so that the possibility of missed calls and automatic responding is eliminated.
The system allows integration with amoCRM and Bitrix24, record telephone conversations, send emails and SMS messages.
