Job candidate search automation system
The cloud service for automated work with job candidates allows you to solve a range of recruitment tasks and evaluate the efficiency of every channel that attracts candidates – in a graphical interface. In addition, it comes with a feature that requests candidates’ permission to have their personal data processed through an online form.
This allows employers to fully comply with the Federal law 152 “About personal data”, regardless of the source of a resume and eliminates the need for storing hard copies.
The module of the system also includes a chatbot technology for automating the search for job candidates for the job positions where employers process the biggest flow of candidates.
