Phone Fraud Protection Platform
The platform is designed to protect customers from the most common method of telephone fraud - social engineering and, in particular, from phone calls with spoofed numbers.
The anti-fraud platform provides for the exchange of data between the bank and mobile operators in real-time. With the help of special software, at the time of the call, the data of the service participants are automatically synchronized and suspicious phone calls are detected.
The service works automatically and free of charge for the clients of the Tinkoff ecosystem, who are simultaneously subscribers of the operators participating in the project (Tele2, Megafon, MTS, and Tinkoff Mobile).
