LEAD WMS is an adaptable industrial-level warehouse management system that provides maximum coverage of the processes of logistics complexes and the possibility of expanding the functionality in the future. Automatic defect recognition - monitoring the integrity of the package using the technology of pattern recognition using neural networks (AI). Visualization and modeling - modeling and control of the execution of processes and operations, creation of simulation models, “heating” map. Biotelemetry - analysis of the physical condition of employees using fitness bracelets and adaptive load distribution in the warehouse. Data analysis, deviations forecasting - identifying indirect factors that affect KPIs using artificial intelligence.

The solution is a virtual fitting room with 3D models of people, created using Texel software and internally developed 3D scanners.



3D scanner dimensions are as follows: d=2250 mm, h=2580 mm; scan area: d=1200 mm, h=2200 mm, scanning time - 30 sec, model preparation time for display - 1 min, model preparation time for 3D printing - 5 min, flow capacity - 17-40 people per hour, frame speed - 0.05 spins per second, power consumption of a 3D scanner with a computer - 600-700 Watts, 3D model formats: FBX, OBJ, VRML, PLY, STL, detailed texture of 3D model - 1 mm, number of polygons - 1 mln.

Face DJ is based on 3D face model reconstruction technology and can transfer it to virtual reality. 3D model reconstruction from a single Image is available due to the technology that defines key points on the face and transfers them to the adaptable virtual head model.

Individual face features are defined in the image, and the virtual model adapts to them. Face key points definition algorithm includes 2 stages. Firstly, the face is detected in the image, then it is extracted from the image and complemented with a set of pre-defined key points. Machine learning is used in both stages.

Sloy automatically recognizes pieces of clothing the people on camera are dressed in and allows to try on virtual accessories and masks. The service has subscription feed and recommended videos.

When the user clicks on the video he sees detailed information on every piece of clothing and other videos featuring similar styles. Every garment from the video can be discussed with other users in the app.
