Yandex.Dialogs platform allows companies to create chatbots with customers.

Chats can be displayed in Yandex search results page, and also used as skills of<a href="https://ict.moscow/card/alisa/" target="_blank"> Alice voice assistant</a>. The voice&nbsp; assistant action scenario is activated by pronouncing the code&nbsp; word. &nbsp;During the dialogue, Alice transmits user remarks to the server of the client that created the dialog and answers with predefined phrases or links.

Yandex.Zen is Yandex personal recommendations service built in Yandex.Browser, a mobile application and the Yandex main page. Uses machine learning technologies.

Zen creates content feed that automatically adjusts to the interests of the user. Content selection is based on the analysis of browsing history, user-specified preferences, location, time of day and other factors. Zen has a weekly active user audience of more than 20 million people. Zen is an example of the implementation of a specialized artificial intelligence technology.To analyze the interests and preferences of users, Yandex uses information about the websites that have been visited, as well as user-specified interests.

The system analyzes the user's favorite sites and other behaviors with the aim of creating a unique model of user's preferences. With an increasing amount of data about the user, the system can offer the user more relevant and topical content, including content from sources unfamiliar to the user. Zen adapts to the changing interests of the user. Prediction of user interest by using collaborative filtering.

The infrastructure of the service is designed bearing high loads in mind to ensure that the system is available and fault-free even if the number of concurrent requests is high. Alice, Yandex Voice assistant, is based on SpeechKit.
The service processes audio and texts in four languages: Russian, English, Ukrainian and Turkish. Yandex SpeechKit composes speech from more than a million individual phonemes, the intonation is set by a neural network trained on numerous examples from real life. HTTP API is provided to exchange data with the service.

This autonomous vehicle can drive on the sideways at average walking speed. Yandex.Rover can recognize objects around him, plan the route, avoid objects, people and animals walking in its path, and drive in the dark due to a lidar. During the creation of the robot, unmanned control experiences were used. In the future the robot can be implemented in Yandex.Food or Yandex.Lavka, for goods delivery for Beru online store or in warehouse logistics.

To use the app the client needs to add a bank card to the service. Yandex.Fuel works with Shell, Tatneft, Neftmagistral, EKA, PTK, Raduga, TRASSA and other smaller filling station networks across Russia.
