Lesinform provides centralized accounting of forest management data, visualizes the information about the state and use of forests on a map, remote control over the fulfillment of forest management works and fire prevention measures, predicts forest management costs, plans fire prevention events on the basis of predictions.

The users of the system exchange immediate data with the Ministry of Emergency Situations, Defense Ministry, Federal Forestry Agency and other departments. The mobile application contains a mobile geoportal and mobile interface for remote access to the system.

The software and equipment complex is a carrier-class solution to provide CCTV service over the Internet to an unlimited number of users. Its capabilities include: camera selection using interactive maps, user authorization, support for camera’s advanced functions (pan, tilt, zoom, motion detection, etc.), opportunity to record and store video on the operator’s platform.

Moscow’s city-wide video surveillance system “Information city” is built on Netris solutions and incorporates 160 000 cameras. The broadcasting complex consists of three basic components: streaming server, control platform – middleware and use interfaces. To realize the service “Video surveillance over the Internet”, the streaming server Netris iStream is used which is responsible for broadcasting, re-broadcasting and video recording, the platform Netris CCTV Middleware that performs the functions of generating user interface, authorization and integration with third-party systems and user portals.

The site is used for carrying out polls among different groups of Moscow citizens in electronic form on the subject of the city’s development. In November 2017 the project adopted a blockchain technology. It is realized with the help of the Ethereum platform that runs on the basis of smart contracts and is an open-source program available on GitHub which guarantees the transparency of the solution. Every poll is secured by a smart contract where the storage and count of votes takes place.

Vote checking is carried out using a unique user identifier – a randomly selected number assigned to a user when he registers in the project. This identifier is used by the user himself to check the results of his voting in the huge amount of available vote results. A new user is registered using a mobile application and entering his mobile phone number and personal data.

In February 2018 the platform Active Citizen was used to launch a pilot project “Electronic house” to organize online meetings of homeowners.

The open source Active Citizen can be used by any federal subject of the Russian Federation; additionally it will require a redesign as well as integration with external systems.
