Vats allows to organize smart telephony in the company. Receiving calls to one multichannel number, voice greeting and distribution of calls to mobile and landline phones can be set up.
Vats allows to collect customer service analytics by using the statistics of calls and the possibility to use the recordings of conversations; the conversations are recorded and stored in the system within one year. The service includes: SMS business card, ordering a call back from the queue and sending notifications about missed calls via SMS, E-mail, Telegram.
