Voice bot for automating call-centers and sales departments
VoiceBox allows to automate voice communications with clients. The robot is assembled from ready-made functional blocks: incoming and outgoing calls, speech recognition and synthesis, interactive menus, logic processing, calls forwarding, integration with external database.
Depending on the aims of the advertising or information campaign, it is possible to select a suitable number: city phone number or 8-800 format. Campaigns can be planned for a certain period, and you also track statistics in real time. VoiceBox can be integrated with most CRM-systems, for example, Bitrix24 or amoCRM. The platform for creating a robot is provided free of charge, the user only pays for traffic.
