The 'Smart City' Pavilion is a multimedia exhibition of Moscow technologies that has been open since 2016 on the territory of VDNKh. The exhibition demonstrates solutions that have been implemented in Moscow to deliver government services and effectively solve the city's problems.
The pavilion has six interactive zones. Each zone is dedicated to the main areas of urban life — education, healthcare, landscaping, transport, housing and communal services and others. Visitors can get acquainted with modern multimedia installations that demonstrate how the city is managed. In the pavilion visitors can also take a virtual ride on an autonomous taxi, 'turn on' the architectural lighting in the center of the capital, grow a virtual tree within the 'Our Tree' city program created for young parents, find out what patient-centered medicine is, get acquainted with services of the mos.ru portal and many other things.
Business and educational events, lectures, business quests, master classes for children and adults, hackathons are regularly held at the pavilion. You can visit the pavilion for free by scheduling an appointment. Also, excursions about the technologies introduced in Moscow are held for all guests several times a day. Visitors can take a virtual tour to the pavilion with the help of the 3D tour function.
